<summary type="text">Título: A sexualidade a partir da humana e vitae e da amoris laetitia: dois paradigmas de família na teologia moral católica
Abstract: Sexuality is a constitutive dimension of the human person. It is an integral part of the development of human personality and is structured on the basis of corporeality, which is biological but also social, historical, political, religious, spiritual, legal, ethical, moral, and psychic, and which creates and recreates the erotic and playful dimensions of sexuality. The interest in this theme is justified by its relevance and timeliness. The claim is that a deeper understanding of the full meaning of love helps to highlight human dignity, bringing out the true meaning of conjugal love and sexuality. This study addresses sexuality by fostering an analysis grounded in Humanae Vitae, on the regulation of birth, promulgated by Pope Paul VI on July 25, 1968, and the post-synodal apostolic exhortation Amoris Laetitia, on love in the family, promulgated by Pope Francis on April 8, 2016. Using a methodology of bibliographic review, the research problem is formally stated as follows: Does the understanding of sexuality found in Amoris Laetitia contribute to dialogue with contemporary society? A second question, which arises from the first, is formulated in these terms: how can one present a conception of the human person whose dignity is upheld in the full living out of his or her sexuality? In terms of the expected results, the study argues that, in Amoris Laetitia, Francis goes beyond the classical paradigm of natural law adopted by Paul VI in Humanae Vitae and proposes a biblical paradigm for Catholic moral theology in speaking about conjugal love, family and marriage, sex and sexuality, thereby contributing to a more fruitful dialogue with present-day society

Abstract: This dissertation investigates the strategic maneuver of the Tibetan leadership in exile to ensure the continuity of its spiritual lineages against attempts by the People's Republic of China to appropriate and control Tibetan Buddhism. The central problem involves analyzing how the succession system by reincarnation (tulkus) has progressively shifted to the West as a tool for geopolitical survival and cultural resistance following the 1950 invasion and the 14th Dalai Lama's 1959 exile. The research is grounded in the concepts of "combined religion and politics" (chos srid gnyis ldan) and religious transplantation theory to understand the adaptation of a thousand-year-old tradition to a globalized context. Methodologically, the work analyzes doctrinal adaptation resources, the political instrumentalization of succession – exemplified by the 1995 kidnapping of the 11th Panchen Lama – and the legitimacy of Western tulkus through a case study of the Brazilian Lama Michel. Results indicate that the recognition of spiritual leaders in the Americas and Europe configures a strategy of "strategic hybridization" and deterritorialization of legitimacy, transforming the dogma of reincarnation into the final line of defense for Tibetan autonomy. The study concludes that the internationalization of the tulku system acts as an institutional "life insurance," decoupling lineage preservation from Chinese territorial control and ensuring the perpetuation of leadership in "free territory"

<summary type="text">Título: Frente parlamentar evangélica e a influência da teologia do domínio
Abstract: This dissertation aims to present an analysis of the Evangelical Parliamentary Front and the influence of Dominion Theology on its activity within the Brazilian political landscape. In order to understand this influence, the study first presents the historical background, statutes, and foundational assumptions of the Evangelical Parliamentary Front. It then examines the origins and the introduction of Dominion Theology in Brazil, its main presuppositions, and its principal proponents in the United States, among whom the research focuses on Johnny Enlow’s “Seven Mountains Theology.” In the Brazilian context, particular attention is given to Neo-Pentecostalism, especially the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God. In the final part of the study, the ways in which Dominion Theology has influenced the Evangelical Parliamentary Front are discussed. This section analyzes selected speeches delivered in the Chamber of Deputies, political discourse, campaign platforms, and sermons preached from church pulpits. The methodology employed in this research consists of a bibliographical survey of articles, books, theses, and official documents, as well as historical research. These materials were analyzed and served as the basis for the production of the final text of this dissertation

<summary type="text">Título: Negra é a memória que diz nossa senhora aparecida: um estudo da imagem partida e (re)feita na devoção popular brasileira
Abstract: This dissertation analyzes the figure of Our Lady of Aparecida as a central phenomenon in Brazilian popular religiosity. Although her original iconography is not Black, Aparecida was rendered Black within the popular imagination through devotion, achieving symbolic, institutional, and national prominence within Brazilian popular Catholicism. Situated within the field of the Study of Religion, the research adopts the perspective of Material Religion through the observation of popular and institutional materialities, such as the image of Aparecida itself. The study highlights the relational dynamics between the people and religious institutions in the construction and legitimation of religious symbols and contributes to debates on memory, identity, and representation in the religious field. It proposes a shift in perspective to understand how popular devotion sustains, reshapes, and preserves religious expressions that remain peripheral within official discourses
